Voting month instead of voting day

I want to start a new voting paradime. Instead of voting day we have voting month starting one month before Election Day.  And voters have a choice of voting in person early or by mail. Since I vote by mail I will mail my ballot on October 3rd for the November 3rd election. Not only will that insure the Post Office will get my ballot to the election office in time but if there is a problem with my ballot there’s plenty of time to get it corrected before Election Day.
